In bagno: linea cortesia completa, pulizia perfetta.
Posizione tranquilla.
Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Excellent location. Good food. Recommend this hotel to anyone
Ok, so back in Rome again! And this time we got it right! Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and what a little gem we found! And finally a room where we both fit in together. We even had a little private pateo where we sat one of the evenings. This hotel has it all as far as I am concerned. Location; walking distance from the central station and easy to get to all the main attractions and shops. It is in a quiet street so no noice at night. Very friendly staff that helped us a lot when we had to spend the first two days trying to get my suitcase back from Airfrance! Breakfast: better than most ones I had in Italy. We really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I stayed in Rome for a couple of nights for our wedding anniversary - and what a gem, we discovered! The rooms were lovely, spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating - they really made our stay special. We will definitely return.
Het hotel is erg schoon en netjes. Ruime kamers met goede bedden. Ontbijtbuffet was erg goed, heerlijke koffie.
We had a large air conditioned room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast room/bar is delightful. It is a roof garden. At ground level there is a nice garden that is totally enclosed by the hotel. The only real downside for the hotel is its rundown location near the Roma Termini rail station. While it is conveniently close, the area surrounding the rail station is pretty run down. So if you have business in the area - especially at the University - I would recommend the hotel. Otherwise there are nicer areas to stay but few hotels are as comfortable or as good value.
Me and my family just got back from a tour in Italy , In Rome we stayed at this hotel which we rated as one of the best of the many we stayed in . Friendly very available staff that were more than happy to help us in any query we had . The hotel is very central and a good point of the city to access all parts of Rome with the metropolitan at a few minutes of distance . Rooms very clean and well taken care of , spacious .. we honestly could not have asked for more. we highly reccomend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Rome . We are all sorry to be back home , but almost certainly we shall return next summer if not before . Exceptional staff ..really ready to assist , we don't speak Italian , but it was no problem at all .
I & a friend stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights in September following a Trafalgar tour . The hotel staff are extremely polite, & willing to help eg happily printed out our boarding passes. Free Wi Fi & available hotel computer a bonus .Rooms are clean, reasonably spacious for Rome , we had a ground floor room with access to the lovely courtyard .Breakfast served on the roof garden area was moer than adequate plus great eating area .Easy taxi ride into the centre of Rome { did not use station } Area surrounding Hotel run down , but this is not reflected in the Hotel . Magic litte cafe /bistro turn rt outside Hotel door walk round the corner & situated next to fruit shop .Asked if we could order food to take away because of feeling unwell from a heavy cold !! no problem anything on the menu can be taken away . One part of the order we were told would take 10mins to cook vegetable dish , returned in 10mins not ready waiter apologised ++ , & then brought out 2 glasses of champagne for us to drink whilst waiting !!! , bill came to 20 Euros for fresh beautiful food & two Italian beers , cannot ever imagine treatment like this in Australia ,would be lucky with an apology . ! Hotel happy for take away food to be eaten in the courtyard garden . Happily stay in this Hotel again .
I liked the hotel. The first night we had a room with balcony, however the airconditioning was broken so we asked for another room. This room was also large and very nicely decorated. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Termini station in a local area. The area around the station is not the best area of the city. But we never felt unsave. Breakfast was fine, rooms are very clean and nice. Rome was fantastic but somewhat inconvenient to get around to the main tourist sites in Rome from the hotel. If you need to go back to the hotel during the day I would not recommend it to you. But if you only need the hotel to sleep. It's a good hotel.
Good, nice and clean hotel. The rooms where always clean. Breakfast was good, but could better for a 4 stars hotel. Good hotel for his price.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as part of a Trafalgar tour. Our room was on the ground floor so had french doors out to a very private patio - nice to sit out in the evening. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and with a full bathroom with tub. Others were not so lucky having only a very small shower. The breakfast was the usual variety of pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc which is more than enough for me. The staff were very friendly even if they didn't all know alot of english - they had our keys out and ready for us before we even asked! There was only one computer set up with internet in the lobby but at least it worked - in other hotels we weren't so lucky. The hotel itself was conveniently located near the Termini train station where one could get on the Metro or catch a bus to almost anywhere in the city. There were also restaurants and grocery/wine stores handy. All in all we enjoyed our stay - this hotel had everything we needed.
This hotel was fine for a two-night stay at the beginning of our tour. My single room was clean and comfortable. People complaining about bedbugs should be aware that all over Italy, there are small red ants that live inside travertine. If you sit on walls made of this, you will bring the ants back with you, and they will bite! There is graffiti all over Rome, it is not gang-related but political, so no need to be afraid. There is no restaurant at the hotel apart from the buffet breakfast, but there are a few within walking distance.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is an early 20th century liberty style building. The reception staff spoke good English and were helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We slept well because the hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The free Wi-Fi internet access worked well. The continental breakfast buffet is served on the fourth floor terrace with good views of the garden. You can buy a drink at the bar and enjoy it in the lounge or out in the garden. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant serving dinner so we ate in the centre of Rome or in the suburb where the hotel is located. Some Americans told us that 4 star hotels in Italy are equivalent to 3 star hotels in the U.S. The outdoor garden was nice.We enjoyed our stay at this hotel
Liked very much the Hotel Ateneo Garden Palace. We enjoyed very much the private terrace to the interior garden with jasmine veranda. The personnel is professional and kind. About the location, it is correct enough with a bus stop nearby and about 15 minutes walk to Termini station. Many restaurants and terrace cafés around. Only the breakfast is a little poor, but it is compensated by the other mentioned good qualitites.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying with you at Hotel Ateneo Garden Palace. In fact, we stayed twice: at the beginning of our vacation in Italy and for the last two days of our visit, before returning to the USA. This was our first trip to Italy, and you helped make it one we will never forget. The room was just great, very roomy and comfortable. The staff at reception were unfailingly pleasant, helpful, and very efficient. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the cappuccini! Overall, we are very grateful for everything. Thank you so much! We hope to see you again one day.
It was the best hotel, I've ever stayed in! Prices are excellent, romms are gorgeous, and the staff as well! I can tell You if You want to have some great time in Rome, just try this hotel!
I woulld like to thank you from Hotel Staff who helped us to go to hospital, then called a private doctor to come to our room to visit my wife who was very sick. Also I would like to thank you Hotel Staff who took me to pharmacy to buy medicine, thank you very much.
Hotel is not in the center of the city just outside the wall but near the station. this is the second time I stayed in Rome. the hotel provides good breakfast. And the room location is very quite. room is big. good value/price ratio.
We stayed in this little hotel for three days prior to a 12 night Eastern Mediterranean Cruise. It was a lovely hotel in a quiet Rome neighborhood. Walking distance to Termini Station, and not a bad walk to historic sites in Central Historic District. Close to ancient Rome city wall. It had lovely rooms, very nice bathrooms. Many rooms overlook central court, and have balconies with tables and chairs. There is free internet service and a computer to use in a nice large parlor/sitting room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was served each morning in a very nice dining room, and was excellent. Our stay here was pleasant and comfortable, we'll choose to stay there again, and will tell others about it. We ate in a very nice restaurant directly across the street, the food and service was excellent. The Price of the Hotel was also quite reasonable at 151.00 euros a night double occupancy.
Actually everything was fine.We have been picked up at the Fiumicino and dropped to the property (transfer has been ordered in advance) There we were already awaited by night service and have been taken to our room. The standard room looks a little bit small but it has an entrance to the garden (at least at the ground floor). IMHO a good price/quality relationship. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
